The Artistry Students were involved in a project that created artwork for the Jewish Hospital - Mercy Health Blood Cancer Center. They were asked to create flower pots, slates and wooden trays with the theme "Hope & Survivorship" to be auctioned off at The Partners in Hope Reunion. The funds raised by the artwork at this event will go to the Ben Jackson Fund which benefits blood cancer patients in need during their treatment and recovery.
The students kindness and creatvity raised over $2800 for this worthy cause.
I am so proud of the students that donated their talent, kind words, and creativity for the Jewish Hospital Blood Cancer Center. They not only recieved community service hours for their time, but also were able to share their talents in a giving and caring way.
